Cool Running Water Services was built on one simple promise, when water is critical, we deliver safely, efficiently, and without excuses. We’re based in Bend and proudly veteran-owned and operated, growing into one of Central and Southern Oregon’s most trusted bulk water delivery providers.
We specialize in bulk, non-potable water hauling for construction sites, wildfire suppression, rural homes, and events. With active contracts supporting the U.S. Forest Service (USFS) and state wildfire operations, we’ve delivered in wildfire zones, on remote access roads, and under high-pressure timelines, because urgent jobs demand reliability.

Our trucks carry 3,500–4,000 gallons each and are equipped to reach fire lines, rugged job sites, and steep access roads. But it’s not just about horsepower—it’s about responsibility.
